Rebecca Muldoon

Senior Consultant



Rebecca has more than 18 years’ experience working with individuals, groups and organisations through organisational development, change management and social work practices, as well as seven years’ experience in management roles within the public sector. As a consultant, Rebecca has worked across a range of sectors including all levels of education from early learning through to university, child protection, transport, local government, IT and energy.

Rebecca adds value to an organisation through her natural ability to quickly assess an organisation, team or individual strengths and the opportunities that exist for improvement. Through establishing trusting working relationships, she is able to coach leaders in steering effective change.


Rebecca holds a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution, Diploma of Neuroscience Leadership, Bachelor of Social Work (Charles Sturt University), a Bachelor of Arts - Psychology and Counselling (University of Central Queensland) and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. She is trained in Mediation, PROSCI Change Management, DiSC, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Resilience Donut and Team Management System Linking Skills Profile.
