Kaylene has more than 25 years' experience in senior executive positions with the Queensland Government and the not for profit sector. This ranges from corporate strategy in the areas of change management, procurement, shared services, infrastructure and governance to executive leadership positions in vocational education and training and the not for profit sector in the delivery of complex mental health services. Kaylene has extensive experience in shaping and implementing significant workplace reform in a variety of workplace settings.
Kaylene adds value through her ability to successfully shape, build and lead organisations to achieve significant revenue and market growth as well as building staff capability that delivers results in a highly competitive market setting.
Qualifications and appointments
Kaylene is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. From 2006 to 2012, Kaylene served as a member of Training and Employment Recognition Council (Queensland’s regulatory body for administering vocational education and training). She also served as Deputy Chair on the TAFE Directors’ Australia Board from 2010 to 2014.
