Keith has more than 20 years’ experience in senior management HRM and HRD roles in the public sector, and 17 years as Director and owner of a successful consulting firm serving the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and Australian overseas aid programs. He has led organisation reforms and capacity building programs in five Pacific countries working at senior and executive levels.
Keith adds value to organisations through his ability to respond to difficult situations in organisation functioning and people problems. He is highly capable in facilitation of teams and diverse groups to achieve a shared purpose and outcomes. He has a reputation for delivering practical and sustainable solutions for organisations.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Business (Public Administration), a Diploma of Production Engineering and a Cert IV Training. He is trained in Group Facilitation and negotiation skills and in Discipline and Professional Conduct Investigations.
